Rian O'Dear, As a very creative person by nature, I have always had a strong passion for the beauty industry. In addition to being a stylist since 1996, I opened Rian A Hair Studio in 2006. Throughout the years, I have expanded my talents and skill alongside some of the industry’s leading educators. To do so, I have travelled the country including the Redken Syposium in Las Vegas, and Chicago, J Beverly in LA, and most recently, together with my staff at the Redken Exchange in New York City… My philosophy as a stylist is simple, it is to give my guests the look they have always wanted by consulting, using creativity, and precise execution. My philosophy as an owner is straightforward. I spend time educating and mentoring my staff to create the ultimate salon experience for all of our guests. I would like to personally thank you for choosing us as your salon. I look forward to having you as our guest.
Terra Johnson, I have been doing hair since 2001. I love to create classy/conservative or fun/crazy styles. Previously I attended a "hands on" 3 day class in L.A. mastering new cuts, upcoming color, cut and styling techniques with . I can achieve many different looks using a high fashion dimensional hilite, lowlite or color. Each color I personalize to your edgy cut. I love the hair industry and I am constantly challenging my skills with new and old artists by attending hair shows.
Kristi Kelley, Since starting in the industry (2008), I have enjoyed working at Rian A Hair Studio. I love learning new skills, in order to provide my guests with all the latest styles and trends. I recently attended classes in advanced cutting at the Redken Exchange in New York City. I enjoy making people happy by creating a look that suits one's own personal style and character. I specialize in facial waxing, color services, cutting and special event styles. So come on in and let's get creative!
Emma McDougal, I have been a hairstylist since 2010. I went to cosmetology school through Wadsworth High. Education is important to me. I continually educate myself, so that I can better serve my guests. I pride myself in inspired color services and creative updos for any occasion. I love being able to give my clients the gift of great style! I look forward to meeting you soon!
Tricia Modugno, I specialize in multi-dimensional haircolor and haircutting. Your color and cut should always compliment each other to achiever depth and movement in a natural or high fashion style. Remember ladies, your hair is a permanent accessory that you wear everyday, it should be top notch.
Rudina Budo, I’ve been in the beauty industry since 2004. I specialize in eyebrow shaping, including waxing and threading. I love working with mid-length to long hair. I pride myself in precision hair cuts, modern color and hilite combinations. My blow-dry styles are what sets me apart from the rest. Attending The Redken Exchange and other beauty shows are some of the ways I continue my education.
Lisa Fulton, My passion for learning has led me through the beauty industry from skin care (2003) to hair care (2008). I specialize in spa facials, brow sculpting, make-up and lash application, multi-dimensional hair color and personalized cutting techniques. I would love the opportunity to continue achieving my dreams by meeting new guests and providing them with an amazing experience. I believe in the importance of a thorough consultation. With the combination of my knowledge and skill in addition to your vision, you are sure to walk out of the studio looking your best!
Tammy Nemchev, I have been a licensed hairstylist in the beauty industry since 2003. I attended Cosmetology school at Wadsworth High and went on to work at a salon exclusively for over 6 years. I managed that salon for 3 years, before coming to Rian's. I have trained and become certified in a number of color, haircutting and product knowledge classes in NYC as well as locally. My specialties are color/highlights, men/woman cuts, waxing and blow dry styles. I love working at Rian A Hair Studio and enjoy the extensive education and training we receive here. It is important to me to constantly educate myself to provide my clients with the very best. I value each and every one of my guests and am very passionate about making them look fabulous!
Dasha Isaiah, During my years in the industry, I have trained in New York City at the Redken Exchange and the Wella Color Studios. I am certified in Mizani haircare, Brazilian blow-out treatments and multiple keratin smoothing treatments. I specialize in extensions and am certified in Great Lengths Cold Fusion human hair extensions (). Continuing education is very important to me. I consistently challenge myself by attending various shows, on-line classes and hands-on academies every year, both locally and across the country. Working at a creative salon like Rian A Hair Studio inspires me to always think outside of the box. Creating tailored looks for each guest that is truly bespoke to their lifestyle is where my passion lies. It can be from edgy and funky to classic and modern. I can achieve these looks with the use of current cutting edge coloring/hilite and cutting techniques that I have acquired along the way. I look forward to creating a style personalized for you soon.
Lindsay Wyatt, I am the Salon Director at Rian A Hair Studio. I have always loved the beauty industry and feel blessed to be able to work in a creative environment everyday. I graduated from the University of Akron in 2008 with a Bachelors degree in Marketing Management and have almost ten years experience in the service industry. Customer service is the most important thing in business to me. If there is anything I can do to make you feel more at ease please let me know, I am here to help. Rachel Hazelett, I am the newest edition at Rian a Hair Studio. I am a recent graduate from The Regency Beauty Institute. I have always known that I wanted to be a part of the hair industry. Now that I have accomplished this, I couldn't be more excited to start my career at Rian's. I specialize in in Elegant color services customized especially for you. Christine Lukezic, I am the receptionist and member of the support staff here at Rian A Hair Studio. My priority is to make your experience as enjoyable as possible. I love helping and meeting new people. I look forward to seeing you!
Nikki Snyder, I am an independent nail technician at Rian A Hair Studio. I have been in the beauty industry since 1999. I specialize in all natural and artificial nail enhancements. Recently, I have become a proud provider of Shellac, which is a non chipping, nail gel polish.
